Facebook has changed EVERYTHING.
Now you know where your next customers are.Its like a big over stocked lake, but you have to use the right bait.
Just being on FB isn't enough these days, you have to interact with users, post interesting items, tidbits, photos and respond to others posts. Its called being socially polite.
Social politeness can lead to business easily-with no pressure to buy or use your services people can get to know you... I have seen this happen organically myself.
1. Make friends with whomever will accept
2. Hire someone else to upload and manage your page (A monthly catch -up meeting and an editorial calendar makes life simple)
3. Don't assume you or your employee can do it. You can, but not as effective as those who live it.
4. TAKE PHOTOS.
5. BE POLITE, NON Political, RELIGIOUS, or OFFENSIVE, Did I Mention BE POLITE.
Because remember even if your not participating THEY ARE- FB gives them power
